Along the way, I led Learning and Organization Development functions at McGraw Hill, Capital One, and Lloyds Banking Group, where I saw firsthand how investing in development can transform not just leaders, but entire businesses. My approach has been shaped by a master’s degree in Social & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, seven mediation certificates from Columbia, Cornell, and CUNY, and my experience mediating workplace disputes at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
